Technology makes everything easy. No need to go far if we are hungry but lazy to leave the office, we just need to open the application to order food and quickly usually use a motorbike someone will deliver the food to us.

Now let's peek a little further into our neighboring country Japan. How about a food delivery person, delivering orders to customers before there is a motorbike or food storage box?

it can be seen from the picture above how great the food deliverymen were in the past before there was technological development. Imagine, with so many orders that are only carried with one hand until the other hand is driving a bicycle.

Amazing! And these food handlers are called demae. The introduction of food, or demae, has been known since the Edo period in the 1700s.

Usually only wealthy and successful restaurant owners use the services of demae as a food delivery person. The famous demae is usually from buckweat restaurant.

They could carry piles of buckwheat bowls and take them by bicycle. How do you think you can become demeaning?
